Three MEPs participated and gave short speeches at the EJP Rosh Hashanah event in Brussels – Hana Jalloul (S&D, Spain), Mounir Satouri (Greens/EFA, France) and Marc Botenga (The Left, Belgium). These are the same three MEPs who hosted EJP official launch in the EU parliament a year ago for Rosh Hashana. there were also a few representatives of European civil society organisations. The EJP reception for the Jewish New Year took place at the headquarters of the European Network Against Racism (ENAR). The Brussels-based groups affiliated with EJP were also present – AJAB and De-Colonizer, represented by Eitan Bronstein, and UPJB, represented by Simon Chabrillat.
